Designed single-layer (MgF₂), double, and multilayer optical coatings for UV-VIS-NIR and IR spectral ranges (3–5 μm and 10–12 μm), including cube beam splitters, notch filters, laser mirrors, and metal mirrors.
Designed optical coatings such as LRC lowered chrome reflective coatings (AR coating of Cr₂O₃) with controlled optical density for photolithography components.
Developed coatings for ITO layers (15 OHM, 20 OHM, 24 OHM, 30 OHM) using DC sputtering, combined with antireflection coatings applied through the CVD technique.
Developed hard carbon coatings for spectral ranges of 3–5 μm (substrates: Ge, Si) and 8–12 μm (substrate: Ge).
Developed work procedures for vacuum technologies, including Leybold and Balzers systems.
Coordinated production, managed a team of 12 people, and evaluated monthly and annual KPIs.
Delivered precise product specifications to customers within strict deadlines.

LNE – Paris (France) – Training ICPMS, project EMPIR 16RPT01Chem Mat 20.05.2018 -25.05.2018 (5 days). Developed traceable measurement capabilities for the analysis of heavy metals with uncertainties less than 10 % by developing isotope dilution mass spectrometry.
- LNE -Paris (France) – Training ICPOS, and isotope dilution Metro Food (EMPIR 16RPT01Chem Mat), 12.02.2018-02.03.2018 (3 weeks). Validate the developed methods of developing isotope dilution mass spectrometry and secondary pH procedures by participation in international comparisons organized by CCQM, EURAMET, and another RMO.
BAM – Berlin (Germany)- Training Karl Fischer Titration Method and Chromatography (EMPIR 16RPT02), 10.2017-19.10.2017 (1 week). Standard operating procedures for an analytical method for the reliable quantification of ethanol in water. Calculate the certified values of reference materials developed with uncertainty assessment.
- Evatec – Liechtenstein (Switzerland) – Training materials evaporation for vacuum deposition using BAK700 Baltzer, 02.04.2013- 16.04.2013 (2 weeks). Developed the work procedures to transfer technology from Leybold to Balzer vacuum machines.
OphirOpt – Jerusalem (Israel) – Training optical coating designer in the IR spectral range 03.10.2012- 31.10.2012 (1 week). Developed Hard Carbon coating from spectral range (3-5 μm) substrate: Ge, Si and (8-12 μm) substrate: Ge.
Institute of Electronics – Sofia (Bulgaria) – Inter-Academic Exchange, 18.09.2011 – 30.09.2011 (2 weeks) Presented on “Surface Topography and Optical Properties of Ge-Sb(As)-S-Te Thin Films by Atomic Force Microscopy and Variable Angle Spectroscopic Ellipsometry” based on the collaboration between Romania-Bulgaria Institutes.
